Specialty coffee is shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), as all coffee is roasted to order (on demand), then ground or left whole bean, packaged and shipped.  This ensures you are receiving the freshest damn coffee in the United States.  Everything is shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Shipping is generally $3.95 for all coffee orders. Spend $45 or more and shipping is FREE.

For coffee mugs, accessories, hats, t-shirts, apparel and other non-coffee related items, they are shipped SEPERATELY from your coffee orders and carry a $6.99 flat shipping & handling fee unless it's a downloaded Gift Card.

Due to the nature of our products, you may only return UNOPENED coffee within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a comparable product exchange.
